EVENT: Ribbon Cutting/Climbing event at Auburn 4/5/14

Please join CRAGS for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Group climbing/Volunteer Thank You Event at the Auburn Quarry!

We did it!  Please join us this Saturday for a day of celebration.  Starting Saturday, April 5, 2014, Auburn will be open seven days a week to climbing!  We have worked so hard to open and maintain Auburn, it is time to celebrate the fruits of our labor with climbing and festivities!  Join us for the ribbon cutting, climbing and post-climb brews! auburnquarry Details:

When: April 5, 2014


10:00 am- people start to arrive/climb

12:30 pm- film crew takes video/photography for CRAGS promo video

1:00 pm- Ribbon Cutting ceremony with representatives from CRAGS and ASRA

5:00 pm – pack up and head out to Knee Deep Brewing for celebration

5:30 pm – Celebration and brewery tour at Knee Deep Brewing.

Knee Deep Brewing is located at 645 5th St, Lincoln, CA 95648.

If you are interested in carpooling, please post a message on the Forum Page to see if anyone wants to carpool.  Or, you can email CRAGS.  Also, bring your mountaincruiser bicycles if you like to cycle – it is a great way to cut some time out of the walk from the parking lot.  Directions/GPS coordinates to Auburn are here.
